Brewery Tour: How it Works
We accept up to 30 people on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be taken. While we currently have no food or beer for sale on site, we provide you a list of nearby places to purchase 4 Paws beer and have a great meal.
We also love all 4 legged friends – but, like children – safety is our #1 concern. To protect your pet, we do not allow animals in the brewery. Thanks for understanding!
Please arrive before the tour is scheduled to begin. You may form a line outside the gate and we recommend having your entire party present while in line.
Cost: $10. Cash only. This gets you a souvenir tasting glass & sampling during the tour. If you’re lucky, you might get a few Sadie licks too!
Our address is 5435 North Wolcott Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60640. Parking is available on Wolcott Avenue at no charge and with no special permit required. Public transportation is available via the CTA Red Line (approximately 20 minute walk from either Bryn Mawr or Berwyn), the #50 Damen bus, the #92 Foster bus, and the #22 Clark bus. The nearest Metra stop is Ravenswood on the Union Pacific North line. For those with limited mobility, special needs, or folks needing special accommodations please email us via the form on our “Contact Us” page.
If you have any questions, please see our “Contact Us” page for information on how to get a hold of us!
1st Class Beer for the Second City
4 Paws Brewing
Our beers are inspired by 2 things: Dogs and Chicago. Most of our names reflect back to our little boxer Sadie. She’s always present during brewing and she wouldn’t skimp on quality control. The stories behind each beer are inspired by Chicago’s earliest breweries. It has always been our goal to pay homage to Chicago’s rich brewing history. We do this by having different beers inspired by different aspects of Chicago’s beer past. Each beer has a historical element to it and its recipe inspired by our past brethren.
